I set out to build a company founded on a value system that reflected the brevity of life,

emphasizing the idea that each individual should have the opportunity to live their life fully, both within the confines of work and beyond.

This ethos became the guiding principle for the company I co-founded, InDev Capital, which has since undergone an evolution and becoming the core operating team of AgDev.

At InDev Capital, I introduced a concept called the “Path to Freedom” as the cornerstone of our approach. It encapsulates several key values:
